A case study of the twitter response on the pukkelpop disaster
We are all impressed and shocked by the events that took place on 18/8/2011 at Pukkelpop. Using the hashtags #PP11 and #hasselthelpt immediately a spontaneous relief effort was started. Were these tweets usefull? Mainly yes. Were these tweets all effective? Not yet.
